CONSTRUCTION

CLIMATE CONTROL 

Temperature: Too high a temperature ages fine wine prematurely, while rapid and regular fluctuation leads to an imbalance in flavors, aromas, and the general characteristics of a wine. Empoli and Millesime cellars are maintained at a constant temperature.

**Designing Your Wine Cellar** 

Once our design team meets with you to discuss your storage needs and style preferences, we will create initial sketches for further discussion. We will also provide images and samples of materials to help with the selection process. 

After we have clearly defined the specifications, accurate plans will be developed for construction and installation. In addition to the racking itself, we will discuss options for floor and wall treatments, lighting, temperature control systems, and door styles. Lastly, we will finalize details such as hardware, artwork, and any other items or equipment you may require.
